IntraNetsLab was established in 1996 in Holmdel, NJ, U.S.A.

We strive to be a low cost, high quality provider of outsourced software engineering and delivery services to the U.S.A. and Mexico.

Besides software outsourcing projects, we have also developed state of the art applications like a web enabled ERP Application and an online trouble reporting and tracking system.

We specialize in software development on Microsoft Platforms and are committed to the highest standards of ethics in the treatment of our customers, employees and partners.

Mr. Roberto Kohler founded the company in 1996 and is currently its CEO. A graduate of Purdue University with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Mr. Kohler has been leading software development projects in México and the US for over 20 years. Before moving to the US, he worked in México for several years where he acquired extensive experience in automating business processes and the development ERP systems. He founded IntraNets after working for 12 years as a software developer and a technical manager at AT&T Bell Laboratories in New Jersey.

Dr. Guillermina Cabral joined the company in 1999 as Director of Software Development. A graduate of the Software Engineering Research Center at Purdue University with a PhD in Software Engineering. Before moving to México, she worked several years for Andersen Consulting’s Center for Technology Research in Chicago. Dr. Cabral has been directing software development projects for the last 13 years and is a Software Quality Process Consultant for several companies in Latin America, including Grupo Financiero BHD, InterManagement S.A., KPMG and AeroMexico among others.

Mr. Carlos Uribe joined the company in 1999 as Director of Operations in México. Mr. Uribe has over 25 years of experience running Data Centers and commercializing software in México. He was the MIS Manager for several of the top 500 companies in México and later was in charge of Sales for Latin American ERP software companies Datasul and Exactus. Before joining IntraNets he was Commercial Director of the Software Development company Humanware. He has been leading the effort to make IntraNets the premier Application Service Provider in México.

Mr. Joseph Gigas joined the company in 2003 as Director of US Operations. Mr. Gigas has over 30 years of business leadership and technical experience. He has worked for companies such as: AT&T Bell Laboratories, EasyLink Services, TransactPlus, and was CEO of Conversys, Inc. During the past 16 years Mr. Gigas has been a member of the Senior Management Teams, helping to lead the company-wide strategic planning activities in addition to leading the technology engineering and operations departments, of these companies.
