Something
called “near-shoring” can often be an attractive proposition.
According to A.T. Kearney, a consultancy, India leads the
pack in offshore IT services mainly because of its low labour
costs (see chart). But other countries such as Brazil, Canada
and Mexico are not far behind and score more highly in other
areas. |
